You Have All The Stories.

You just need someone to help you see how they fit together.

You’re sitting on decades of expertise, career-defining moments, insights that could shift your whole industry. People come to you for answers. And you know you belong on that stage. What you’re missing isn’t expertise or confidence. It’s the architecture to bring it all together, and someone who can see what you’re too close to recognize.

I didn't start on stages.
I started in the trenches.

As a behavior and trauma therapist, I worked with people whose stories weren't polished. They were raw, painful, and often silenced. My job was to give people their voice back, to understand what makes someone act, avoid, shut down, or finally feel heard.

Then life threw me into my own fire: a life-threatening pregnancy, postpartum struggles, a financial collapse that ended in foreclosure. At one point I was running my life from a hospital bed with nothing but my phone.

From that bed, I helped a friend build a million-dollar business using story-driven messaging.
— Andrea Merrill

That's when it clicked. The same skills I used in therapy rooms, understanding behavior, mining stories, creating transformation, could help experts share their message at scale and build businesses that matter.

So I rebuilt. Today my clients have generated more than $80M in revenue through the psychology-based messaging strategies I developed. They've landed TEDx stages and delivered keynotes that cement their authority. But the real win is watching someone go from hidden to headlining, with a talk that doesn't just get applause. It gets them hired.

THE STUFF THAT MAKES ME ME

I built this from a hospital bed with five kids and a phone, so I have a low tolerance for fluff and a high tolerance for hard truths said with love. I believe your wounds don't disqualify you from the stage. They credential you for it.

When I'm not mining stories, I'm chasing my kids, drinking too much Matcha, and reminding the experts I work with that the messy middle is exactly where their power lives.

The right side is a group photo of seven children and teenagers, smiling outdoors under a large tree, with some wearing casual summer clothes.

Wife.

Together since I am 15 years old, and 5 kids and many miles traveled together.

Recovering hero-for-everyone.

I love supporting and giving to others, I am here to make a difference through writing and your voice.

My blessings from god, I was told I could never have children and boy were the drs wrong.

ARE WE A FIT?

This works best when it's the right match.

This is for you if:

‍ ‍You're an established expert claiming the authority you've already earned, not building confidence from scratch.

‍ ‍You want a strategic partner who recognizes your level and won't talk down to you.

‍ ‍You're motivated by legacy and impact, not competing for attention.

You want someone who protects your voice so you don't sound like everyone else.

This Is NOT For You If:

❌ You want templates, prompts, or “10 tips for your TEDx.”

❌ You want a ghostwriter to hand you a generic script and disappear.

❌ You're looking for a cheerleader who calls everything great.

❌ “Good enough” is what you're after. I'm here for defining.

It's about yours.

If you're ready to finally write that keynote or land that TEDx stage, let's talk.
